What We Do

The St. Paul Ostomy Association (SPOA) is a volunteer-based health organization dedicated to providing education, information, support and advocacy for people who have had or will have intestinal or urinary diversions.

The SPOA meets on the third Saturday of the month at a convenient location. (Our Stillwater satellite group meets on the first Saturday of every month.)

We dedicate a large portion of our meetings to "rap" sessions, when our members and visitors discuss current ostomy issues, share health questions and discoveries, and gain insight on ostomy care. Most important: we have fun! We welcome all ostomates and their family and friends to participate. Come join us!
